Faculty of Economics Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha held an international seminar The 3rd TEAM (International Conference on Tourism, Economics, Accounting and Management). The seminar presented four resource persons from Australia, Professor Ferry Jie; Indonesia, Prof. Dr. Naswan Suharsono, M.Pd and Putu Indah Rahmawati, PhD; and England, Caroline Bentley. This activity was held on 24-25 October 2018 at The Patra Bali Resort & Villas. The event will be opened by the Chancellor of the University of Ganesha Education Dr. I Nyoman Jampel, M.Pd.
The aim of the event was to introduce the Faculty of Economics Undiksha widely, and to be able to develop the economic in the Faculty of Economics, University of Ganesha Education, both Education and Non-Education.
The seminar will be held out in two forms of activities namely joint seminars, and presentations of each speaker on articles that enter and pass the selection by the committee of scientific publications. Articles that have passed the selection and presented at the international seminar will be included in proceedings indexed by Thomson Reuters. The TEAM seminar is an academic activity that has been routinely carried out by the Undiksha Faculty of Economics since 2016. On this occasion this seminar was special because it was held for the first time in an international scope, which aside from presenting speakers from outside, there were also international committee, academics from abroad as participants participating in this seminar.
In this seminar, it is expected that there will be an exchange of knowledge in the academic sphere, which of course can be useful for the academic development of the Faculty of Economics, University of Education Ganesha for the future.
