In an effort to revive the economy in Buleleng Regency, the Faculty of Economics, Ganesha Education University (FE UNDIKSHA) in collaboration with the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) Buleleng Regency held a seminar activity at the UNDIKSHA Auditorium Building on Tuesday 23 August 2022. The seminar, entitled “Post-COVID-19 Economic Influence in Buleleng Regency”, presented three speakers who are competent in their fields, including Dr. I Nyoman Sutjidra, Sp.OG as Deputy Regent of Buleleng, then Mr. Gede Supriatna, S.H. as chairman of the Buleleng Regency DPRD, and Mr. Dr. Gede Adi Yuniarta, S.E., Ak, M.Si. as Dean of FE UNDIKSHA. Seminar with event format talk show This was attended by the Buleleng Regency KADIN Team, Chair of HIPMI Buleleng, Chair of Buleleng Regency Creative Economy, Chair of Singaraja Young Entrepreneurs, Chair of IWAPI Buleleng, Aluh Buleleng UMKM Team and the entire Academic Community of the Faculty of Economics, Ganesha Education University.
The seminar was opened directly by Mr. Dr. Gede Rasben Dantes, S.T., M.T.I as Deputy Chancellor I represented the Chancellor of Ganesha University of Education who was carrying out official duties. In his speech, he thanked the resource persons who were willing to provide material regarding ideas for developing and rebuilding the community economy in Buleleng Regency after the COVID-19 pandemic. He also emphasized that technological developments will help increase society’s economic turnover, where it will be easier and faster for people to fulfill their needs and desires. The opening event ended with the beating of the gong three times and a group photo of Mr. WR I and the invitees. After the opening series ended, the activities continued with the main event, namely a talk show seminar from the three speakers, guided directly by Mr. Komang Krisna Heryanda S.E., M.M. as moderator. The talk show seminar event began with a biographical presentation of the speakers by the moderator and continued with a question and answer session between the moderator and the three speakers regarding the economic development of Buleleng Regency after the Covid-19 Pandemic as well as plans for developing the special MSME economic sector in Buleleng Regency so that they can compete in the domestic market. and international.
After an interesting discussion for almost 2 hours, the talk show activity ended with the presentation of mementos from the Faculty of Economics UNDIKSHA and KADIN Buleleng Regency to the three speakers. Next, the resource persons and invitees were invited to go around to see the business exhibition of the students under the guidance of the FE UNDIKSHA entrepreneurship laboratory while continuing with lunch activities for the invitees. While the invitees visited the exhibition stand, the seminar participants were entertained by current hit songs until the event was officially closed and participants were asked to leave the seminar venue.
