The Department of Management Student Association (HMJ) of the Faculty of Economics again held the Management Talks #3 webinar on Wednesday, 16 June 2021. This webinar, which featured resource person Mrs. Luh Putu Yuni Hartini as Branch Manager of PT Bank Mandiri (PERSERO) Tbk, Singaraja branch, had the theme ” Become a Professional Banker”. The webinar event was officially opened by the Head of the Management Department, Ganesha Education University, Mr. Dr. I Nengah Suarmanayasa, S.E, M.Si. and guided by Moderator, Ni Putu Hertina Arisanti as HMJ Management Division 1 Functionary. The webinar, which was attended by 91 participants from students within the Ganesha Education University and students from outside the Ganesha Education University, was conducted online via the Zoom platform.
Through the webinar theme, the resource person conveyed tips to participants, especially students who have graduated and are looking for the job they want. These tips include: changing your mindset, having your initiative, not hesitating to ask seniors or superiors, being able to evaluate yourself, not giving up in the face of failure, often expressing and proposing all the ideas we have, setting goals, and creating trust in superiors. In this webinar, there is also a door prize in the form of OOB savings with a total of 1 million rupiah for selected participants. The prizes were won by 4 students from Ganesha University of Education. Apart from door prizes from PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Singaraja branch, this webinar was also sponsored by. u the first digital provider company in Indonesia. On the opportunity given, the by. u sponsorship conveyed to the relevant participants about the by. u company as well as introducing superior products from by. u. Overall, the Management Talks #3 webinar went smoothly, and at the end of the webinar, there was a presentation of a certificate represented by the Head of the Management Department to the resource persons.
