The Faculty of Economics, Ganesha Education University (Undiksha) again received additional human resources in 2021. Human resources in the form of four lecturers who came from the 2020 recruitment of Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS), paid a visit and introduced themselves to the leadership of the Faculty of Economics on Friday 5 February 2021. The event which took place in the room of the Dean of the Undiksha Faculty of Economics was received directly by Mr. Dr. Gede Adi Yuniarta, S.E., Ak., M.Si as Dean of the Undiksha Faculty of Economics accompanied by Mr. Dr. I Putu Gede Diatmika, S.E., Ak., M.Si as Deputy Dean II and Mr. Gede Putu Agus Jana Susila, S.E., M.B.A as Deputy Dean III. In his briefing, the Dean advised the new CPNS lecturers to always maintain harmony in their work by working together, interacting, and collaborating with the entire academic community in the Faculty of Economics in particular and in the Ganesha University of Education in general. This is very important to realize the vision and mission of faculties and universities which are based on the Tri Hita Karana philosophy. Apart from that, he also emphasized that a lecturer must always practice the Tri Darma of Higher Education, namely providing teaching to students, research, and community service. Even though later during their activities the lecturers will be given several additional tasks, he asked the lecturers to continue to prioritize the tasks of the Tri Darma of Higher Education. At the end of his briefing, the Dean again congratulated the CPNS lecturers on joining a new family within the Undiksha Faculty of Economics. We hope that with the addition of CPNS lecturers, the performance of the Faculty of Economics will improve in 2021. The four CPNS lecturers at the Undiksha Faculty of Economics are: I Putu Hendra Martadinata, S.E., M.Sc. (Bachelor of Accounting), Putu Yunartha Pradnyana Putra, S.E., M.Sc. (S1 Accounting), Made Amanda Dewanti, S.E., M.M (S1 Management) and Ni Wayan Ayu Santi, S.Pd., M.Pd. (S1 Economics Education). (team)
