C1 Seminar Room at Faculty of Economics, November 1 to 2, 2024. – The Faculty of Economics successfully hosted the 2024 Student Skill Management Base Level Training event, organized by the Student Executive Board. Themed “Transformational Skill for a Gold Indonesia 2045,” this event aimed to equip students with essential management skills for planning and organizing student activities in a systematic and quality-oriented manner. The event was officially opened by the Vice Dean III of the Faculty of Economics, Dr. I Nengah Suarmanayasa, S.E., M.Si.
The event was attended by key figures, including the Student Advisor of the Faculty of Economics, Department Leaders within the Faculty, the Head of the Student Executive Board at Faculty of Economics, the Leader of Student Associations. The program spanned two days and featured 6 expert trainers delivering focused sessions: I Made Dwita Amaja, S.E., M.Si., the Formulation of Initial Ideas material, Ni Wayan Ayu Shanti, S.Pd., M.Pd., Motivation Control, I Putu Arya Dharmayasa, S.Pd., M.Pd., Administration Material, Ida Bagus Komang Surmaaja, S.E., M.M., Committee Management, Luh Putu Triyanti Ariestiana Dewi, S.Pd., M.M., with Work Program Development, Gede Wira Kusuma, S.Pd., M.M., Program Development. The training attracted 40 participants from various study programs, including 9 students from the Accounting Study Program, 12 students from the Management Study Program, 8 students from the Economics Education Study Program, 5 students from Public Sector Accounting, and 6 students from the Hospitality Management Study Program.
This activity aims to provide participants with practical managerial skills, enabling them to plan and implement student activities efficiently and effectively. Additionally, it serves to enhance students’ understanding of the importance of organizational skills in achieving academic and non-academic success at the Faculty of Economics and Undiksha.
