On Saturday 23 January 2021, the Management Department Student Association (HMJ) held a virtual debate for the Candidates for Chair of HMJ Management for the 2021/2022 Service Period via the Zoom meeting platform. The event was attended and opened directly by Mr. Dr. I Nengah Suarmanayasa. SE., M.Sc. as Chair of the Management Department along with the entire academic community within the Management Department of Ganesha Education University. In the 2021 debate activity, there are 3 candidates for Chair of HMJ Management for the 2021/2022 term of service, namely: I Nyoman Putra Karnata, Dewa Gede Kumara Dana, and I Made Arda Waras Satwika. The three candidates presented their respective Vision, Mission, and Flagship Programs which had been carefully prepared for the panelists.
In his speech, Mr. Dr. I Nengah Suarmanayasa. S.E., M.Sc. emphasized that the Chair of HMJ Management who will be elected can produce superior programs for the advancement of student achievement in both academic and non-academic fields so that it can help achieve accreditation scores for study programs under the Management major towards a Superior (A) grade. Apart from that, he also hopes that the chairman of HMJ who will be elected will be able to complete the work program and his accountability report completely and on time. The Debate for Candidates for Chair of HMJ Management aims to be a means of proving the suitability of the three candidates as potential leaders of student organizations.
The debate event is divided into 5 sessions, where each session will be given questions and responses from 2 panelists, namely Mr. Komang Endrawan Sumadi Putra, S.E., M.M. and I Gede Mulya Pradipta. Overall, the debate activities for the Candidates for Chair of HMJ Management for the 2021/2022 Term of Service took place smoothly thanks to the guidance of A.A. Ayu Sanita Fitrianti as moderator and attended by 250 participants who actively participated in the activity until the end. (team)
