C1 Seminar Room, Faculty of Economics, October 18-19, 2024. The Student Management Skills Training (LKMM) Pre-Base at the Faculty of Economics was successfully conducted, aiming to equip new students with foundational skills in communication, self-awareness, critical thinking, and effective participation in student organizations.
This activity was officially opened and guided by the Vice Dean I of the Faculty of Economics, the Vice Dean III of the Faculty of Economics, the Head of Management Department, Student Advisor from the Economy and Accounting, ,as well as the Management departments, Leader of the Faculty of Economics Student Organizations, including BEM, Student Association of Economy and Accounting, Management, and also LKMM Coordinator from the Faculty of Economics. The training involved 60 participants, divided into 12 teams, each comprising 5 members, with four main materials: Critical Traits Development, Prestigious Mindset Cultivation, Communication Skills, and Self-Introducing and Personal Development. The training sessions were enriched by expert keynote speakers, I Putu Arya Dahrmayasa, S.Pd., M.Pd., Luh Putu Triyanti Ariestiani Dewi, S.Pd., M.Par., Gede Wira Kusuma, S.Pd., M.M., I Made Dwita Admaja, S.E., M.Si.
With guidance from experienced speakers and strong support from the faculty leadership and student organizations, participants successfully developed their communication abilities, critical thinking skills, and self-awareness. These skills are essential for meaningful contributions to the student organization environment. The training aims not only to impart valuable knowledge but also to nurture individuals who are ready to take an active role in the Faculty of Economics and create a positive impact in the future. Through initiatives like LKMM, the Faculty continues to foster personal and professional growth among its students.
