The commitment of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) Buleleng Regency in fostering young entrepreneurs, Faculty of Economics, Ganesha Education University, has become more real and stronger after the ratification of the Decree of KADIN Buleleng Regency concerning Membership Composition. Young Entrepreneur Association (YES) Faculty of Economics, Ganesha Education University, supported by the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) Buleleng Regency. Decree number 01/kadinbll/ I/ 2021, signed and submitted directly by Mr. Nyoman Agus Satuhedi, S.Sos. as General Chairperson of KADIN Buleleng Regency to the YES FE Undiksha Supervisor Lecturer (Mrs. Sunitha Devi, S.E., M.Si., Ak.) at the KADIN Bali Denpasar Secretariat on January 7 2021. To date, the number of members The number of people under the supervision of the Buleleng Chamber of Commerce and Industry is 285 people and has been grouped into eight industrial sectors including the Wooden and Woven Goods Industry Sector, the Food and Beverage Sector, the Information and Communication Sector, the Knitting Industry Sector, the Apparel Industry Sector, the Rental Services Sector, Arts, Entertainment and Recreation Services Sectors, as well as Other Service Sectors.
On this occasion, the General Chairperson of KADIN Buleleng said that the synergy between KADIN and the Faculty of Economics, Undiksha, would be implemented through an applicable coaching and mentoring program for young entrepreneurs at the Faculty of Economics, Undiksha. This is a form of implementation of the function of KADIN’s existence in producing young entrepreneurs who are tough independent and ready to make a real contribution in helping drive the economy. So to achieve this, KADIN will not only provide theoretical outreach to young FE Undiksha entrepreneurs but also provide direct practice to the industrial world. At the end of the event, the General Chairperson of KADIN Buleleng conveyed a message to all young entrepreneurs who are members of YES Undiksha not to hesitate to start a business. Even though it is a small-scale business, it will be able to grow and make a big contribution to society and the country.
The message from the general chairman of KADIN Buleleng is also in line with the commitment of the Undiksha Faculty of Economics to improve the entrepreneurial spirit of students. As stated by Mr. Dr. Gede Adi Yuniarta, S.E., Ak., M.Sc. as Dean of the Undiksha Faculty of Economics to all Undiksha FE students, especially membersYES FE Undiksha, entrepreneurship is a scientific complexity at the highest applicable level so that understanding market needs and thinking rationally and rooted from the bottom absolutely must be done by all membersYES FE Undiksha. Therefore, he advised students to become young entrepreneurs FE Undiksha is grateful to be able to be coached by KADIN, which is a forum for entrepreneurs who are truly successful business people and have proven their existence in the company. This harmony of concept of thought and commitment between FE Undiksha and KADIN Buleleng is what ultimately made KADIN Buleleng collaborate with the Faculty of Economics Undiksha to advance young entrepreneurs at FE Undiksha.
