The Faculty of Economics, Ganesha Education University (Undiksha) visited several schools in Banyuwangi. This activity aims to introduce and increase the existence and excellence of Undiksha to students and school staff while strengthening the relationship between FE leaders the community and the school.
The visit focused on three leading schools, namely SMAN 1 Banyuwangi, SMAN 1 Giri, and SMAN 1 Glagah. During this visit, representatives from Undiksha gave an informative presentation about the various study programs offered, the facilities available, the achievements that have been obtained, and the career opportunities that can be achieved.
According to Prof. Dr. Gede Adi Yuniarta, S.E.A.k., M.Si, Dean of the Undiksha Faculty of Economics, the main aim of this activity is to expand the cooperation network in the field of education with schools in Banyuwangi. “We want to provide a deeper understanding of what we offer at Undiksha and at the same time listen to input from the school regarding their needs,” he said.
The reaction from the school was very positive to this visit. They welcomed the collaborative efforts between Undiksha and schools in Banyuwangi in improving the quality of education, both for teachers and students in the area.
This visit is part of Undiksha’s ongoing efforts to expand collaborative networks and open doors for students to explore various educational opportunities in the Undiksha FE academic environment.
