On Saturday 26 December 2020, the Department of Management Student Association (HMJ) Faculty of Economics, Ganesha Education University held a Webinar activity management Thinker Club as the closing of the department’s academic agenda for 2020. The webinar activity with the theme “Tips and Tricks for Expressing Ideas in Writing Essays” presented the outstanding student of FE Undiksha 2020, Dimas Fadhilah Aprilia Santosa as a resource person. The theme was raised so that students would become more interested in taking part in essay competitions at both regional and national levels, this is in line with the aim of implementing the WebinarManagemet Thinker Club as a forum for managing students’ activities in developing their abilities in the academic field. The webinar was attended with great enthusiasm by 200 participants thanks to the guidance of Nadia Salsabilah as the event moderator. At the end of the webinar, the resource person advised management students to be interested and enthusiastic in taking part in essay competitions, so that many more Undiksha FE students would emerge as champions and make the institution proud at various levels of essay competitions.
