On Friday 9 April 2021, the Department of Management Student Association (HMJ) of the Faculty of Economics, Ganesha Education University again held work deliberation activities. Work deliberations are an activity at the beginning of the management of HMJ Management which aims to welcome the new management period and determine the work program for each field starting from field 1 to field 5. This Work Conference has the theme “Uniting Determination, Establishing Cooperation, Achieving Common Goals at HMJ Management”. This activity, which was carried out online, began with singing the song Indonesia Raya, reading prayers, a report from the Chair of the Committee and remarks from Mr. Dr. I Nengah Suarmanayasa, S.E., M.Si as Chair of the Management Department and officially opening the event was accompanied by Mr. Rahutama Atidira, S.T., M.M as Student Advisor for the Management Department.
The event continued with the 1st Plenary Session which discussed the schedule for the 2021 HMJ Management Work Conference, discussion of the 2021 HMJ Management Work Conference Rules of Conduct, reading of the composition of the HMJ Management Management Board for the 2021/2022 Service Period, and the election of the permanent session presidium. After that, Plenary Session 1 was held to determine the results of Plenary Session 1. The event was then continued with Plenary Session 2 which discussed the Articles of Association and Bylaws of HMJ Management for the 2021/2022 Service Period as well as discussing HMJ Management’s 2021/2022 Service Period contributions. After that, Plenary Session 2 was held to determine the results of Plenary Session 2. Finally, Plenary Session 3 was held which discussed the work program for each field starting from field to field 5. To determine the results of Plenary Session 3, Plenary Session 3 was held.
At the end of the event, the Head of the Management Department congratulated the management of HMJ Management for the 2021/2022 Service Period and continued with a photo session and eating together. Overall, the event ran smoothly, and the committee members working offline continued to implement Health protocols in carrying out the entire series of activities from start to finish. (team)
